El chip antisecuestro se populariza en México
La localización por satélite de las personas se lleva a cabo en México desde hace más de 3 años por medio del sistema denominado XEGA VIP, el cual consiste en la localización GPS de las personas principalmente con fines de evitar un secuestro. México se encuentra a la vanguardia en este tipo de tecnología, y no es para menos. Es el primer país en cantidad de secuestros, superando a Colombia y Brasil.
